4. Bentonite Pulverizer Vertical Mill Selection suggestions
Raw material characteristics: Sodium based bentonite (soft) can be selected with low-pressure grinding rollers, while calcium based bentonite (hard) requires high-pressure machines.
Fineness requirement:
Coarse powder (20-200 mesh): choose vertical mill+dynamic classifier.
Ultra fine powder (800 mesh+): requires a secondary classification system (such as a vortex air classifier).
Automation: PLC control system is recommended to achieve remote adjustment of roller pressure and feeding amount.

5. Working principle: The electric motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through a reducer, and the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feeding port. At the same time, hot air enters the grinding chamber from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding disc and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the circular groove on the grinding disc.
