● High grinding efficiency. The advanced material layer grinding principle is adopted to make the power consumption of the system save 40-50% compared with the ball mill, and the power saving effect is more significant with the increase of raw material moisture;

● The equipment occupies a small area and the technological process is simple. HVM vertical mill integrates fine crushing, drying, grinding, powder selection, and conveying. It does not need additional drying, powder selection, lifting and other equipment. The workshop area only accounts for 70% of the ball mill system, and the space only accounts for 50~ 60%;

● Low noise, less dust, and clean operating environment. There is no direct contact between the grinding roller and the grinding disc during operation, no metal impact, and the noise is 20-25 decibels lower than that of the ball mill. The system adopts fully sealed negative pressure operation, no dust, and the production environment is clean;

● Low abrasion and less product pollution. The metal wear is generally only 5-10g/t product, and the metal pollution to the product is small;
