【Work Process】

 

1. Feeding stage.

Open the feed valve and exhaust valve, the material starts to enter the silo pump under normal pressure, and stops feeding after the material level gauge sends out the silo full indication signal;

 

2. Pressurized fluidization stage.

Close the feed valve and exhaust valve, and open the intake air valve to increase the pressure in the tank;

 

3. Delivery stage.

When the specified pressure is reached, the conveying air valve and the discharge valve are opened again to start the conveying of the material; when the conveying in the silo pump is completed, the pipeline resistance decreases, the pressure of the silo pump drops, and when it drops to the lower limit pressure, the material conveying state ends .

 

4. Purge stage.

After the pressure switch, material level gauge or time relay indicates that the conveying is over, close the high-pressure air valve and the discharge valve, open the secondary purge valve, and use all the compressed air to clean the residual material in the pipe. At this time, there is no residual material in the silo pump. The residual material in the pipeline begins to gradually decrease until it is in a state of air flow. The intake valve, the discharge valve and the secondary gas valve are closed, and a cycle is completed.
