Product Features
With the rapid progress of the social economy, in the field of ultra-fine powder processing, traditional ultra-fine powder processing equipment is difficult to meet market demand due to its generally low production capacity. Low production capacity seriously restricts the development of modern ultra-fine powder processing enterprises. In response to current market demand, Hefei Hengcheng has designed and developed a new type of ultra-fine powder grinding equipment - HVM series ultra-fine vertical grinding machine, which integrates grinding, grading, conveying, secondary powder selection, and finished product packaging. The product fineness can reach 400-3000 mesh, breaking through the bottleneck of low ultra-fine powder processing capacity. After years of grinding, Hefei Hengcheng ultra-fine vertical grinding has built multiple ultra-fine powder production lines worldwide.
The HVM series ultra-fine vertical grinding machine can be widely used in industries such as chemical, metallurgical, and non-metallic minerals, especially in the field of ultra-fine grinding and processing of white non-metallic minerals. It has excellent performance and can provide high-quality fillers and additives for industries such as papermaking, coatings, plastics, rubber, PVC, and ink. It can be widely used for large-scale ultrafine dry powder processing of non-metallic minerals such as calcite, marble, limestone, dolomite, barite, talc, kaolin, dolomite, wollastonite, gypsum, feldspar, pyrophyllite, etc.

Structural Composition
The HVM series ultra-fine vertical grinding machine is mainly composed of an electric motor, a reducer, a grinding wheel device, a grinding disc device, a pressure device, a powder selection machine, a feeding device, an oil station, a main engine, an electrical control system, and other parts.
1. Grinding wheel device: The main component of rolling materials, without power output, operates passively due to friction in contact with the material.
2. Grinding disc device: The grinding area of the material, connected to a reducer, rotates on its own.
3. Pressure device: Control the gap between the grinding wheel and the grinding disc to ensure the pressure of the grinding wheel during the grinding process.
4. Powder selection machine: With a multi head powder selection structure, it utilizes the principle of rotating centrifugal force to achieve fine powder screening and filtration in continuous production. It is an efficient and energy-saving powder selection device.

When the fineness of the finished product and the power of the motor are the same, the output is more than twice that of the airflow mill, stirring mill, and ball mill.
Long service life of vulnerable parts
The grinding roller and grinding ring are forged with special materials, greatly improving their utilization. Generally, it can last for more than one year. When processing calcium carbonate and calcite, the service life can reach 2-5 years.
High safety and reliability
Due to the absence of rolling bearings and screws in the grinding chamber, there is no problem of bearings and their seals being easily damaged, and there is no problem of screws being prone to loosening and damaging the machine.
Environmental protection and cleanliness
Using a pulse dust collector to capture dust and a silencer to reduce noise has the characteristics of environmental protection and cleanliness.

Working Principle:

The electric motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, and the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feeding port. At the same time, hot air enters the grinding chamber from the inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding disc and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the circular groove on the grinding disc. The crushed material is carried up by the high-speed airflow at the wind ring at the edge of the grinding disc, and large particles directly fall onto the grinding disc for re grinding. When the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding disc for re grinding. Qualified fine powder is discharged with the airflow and collected in the powder collection device, which is the product. Materials containing moisture are dried during contact with hot gases to achieve the required product moisture.
