Working Principle
The pneumatic conveying system of the PJP jet pump is composed of a PJP jet pump, a pneumatic butterfly valve, a pump top bin, a manual spiral gate, and a compressed air supply device. The compressed air source is mainly a Roots blower. Powdered and granular materials enter the PJP jet pump through the manual spiral gate, the pump top bin, and the pneumatic butterfly valve. When the compressed air for conveying passes through the nozzle in the PJP jet pump box, the high-speed airflow generated causes a negative pressure state to form in the PJP jet pump box. The material in the pump top bin is easily mixed with the high-speed airflow. Then, when the material-air mixture passes through the expansion tube of the PJP jet device, the kinetic energy of the high-speed airflow is converted into static pressure energy, thereby conveying the powdered and granular materials to the terminal through the conveying pipeline. The manual spiral gate of the PJP jet pump is used for debugging and maintenance, and the pneumatic butterfly valve is used to automatically close when the conveying of powdered and granular materials is suspended and the system pressure is abnormal.
