Description
Grinding principle: The motor drives the grinding disc to rotate, and the material is fed into the mill by the feeding device. Under the action of centrifugal force, it disperses in all directions and enters the raceway area between the grinding roller and the grinding disc. The grinding roller crushes and grinds the material under hydraulic or spring pressure, crushing large pieces of material and further grinding small particles into powder.
Grading principle: The airflow generated by the high-pressure fan lifts the ground material and enters the powder separator for sorting. The powder selection machine usually adopts a combination design of cage rotor and guide vanes, and the fineness of the finished product can be precisely controlled by adjusting the speed. Qualified fine powder is collected through the powder selection machine with the airflow, while unqualified coarse powder is returned to the grinding disc under the action of gravity or airflow, and continues to be ground together with the newly fed material.
Drying principle: During the grinding process, hot air can be introduced, and the hot air is evenly sprayed upwards from the air ring surrounding the grinding disc at high speed to dry the material. On the one hand, hot air can evaporate the moisture brought in by the material, and on the other hand, it helps to improve the grinding efficiency and ensure that the moisture content of the product is within the required range.
Structural Features
Grinding Table and Grinding Rolls
The grinding table and grinding rolls are the main grinding components, typically made of special wear-resistant materials such as high-chromium cast iron and tungsten carbide to enhance their wear resistance and service life. The surface of the grinding table is equipped with a special groove structure, which increases the friction between the material and the grinding table, allowing the material to be better rolled and ground.
Powder Selector
An efficient built-in powder selector accurately classifies the ground material to ensure uniform particle size distribution of the finished product. Parameters such as the rotation speed and blade angle of the powder selector can be adjusted according to production needs to meet the production of products with different fineness requirements.
Transmission Device
Generally composed of a main motor, coupling, speed reducer, etc., it is installed at the lower part of the mill. The transmission device not only drives the grinding table to rotate but also bears the weight of the grinding table, materials, grinding rolls, and the grinding pressure applied by the pressurization device. It usually adopts a combined transmission form of bevel gears and planetary gears, featuring high transmission efficiency and stable operation.
Sealing Device
