Core Working Principle
The vertical mill operates based on the "material bed grinding" principle:

1. **Feeding and Drying**: Raw material is fed into the center of the grinding disc through an airlock feeder. Simultaneously, hot air enters the mill via the wind ring, instantly drying materials with high moisture content.

2. **Rolling and Grinding**: Centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the grinding disc moves the material under the grinding rollers. Two or more hydraulically loaded rollers compress and crush the material on the grinding bed.

3. **Classification and Collection**: The crushed fine powder is carried upward by the airflow to the dynamic classifier. Qualified fine particles pass through the classifier and are collected in the bag filter, while oversized coarse particles are thrown back onto the grinding disc for regrinding.
